Because though skill dmg for pvp / pve
Chain Shot lvl 5 ( u can get later if u strong enough to pvp)

Animal Soul lvl 5 (Good Def / Good Att Increase)
Choose 1 of all 2 skill to be max to lvl 5 choose which kind bow u like to play with
Power Crossbow ( use for crossbow only)
Power Bow ( use for bow only)

Class Skill
Rock Skin lvl 5 ( Good Def / Block)
Soul Breath lvl 5 ( Good for weapon use element Increase Attack / Good Def)

Passive Skill
Nimbleness lvl 5 ( Good Dex base on Ranger other game Dex is important)
Dash lvl 5 ( Good for pvp / pve )
Critical Hit lvl 5 ( Good for pvp/ pve)
Sure Sight lvl 5 ( Good for pvp / pve )
Edurance lvl 5 ( Good for pvp / pve)

Armor
Wear Rare Armor / Unique Armor ( if u have archlord gold)

Weapon
Strongly Recommand Use Unique Weapon +5 - +10 (U will gain lvl fast/ kill pvp fast) (if u have archlord gold)
Otherwise Use Rare Weapon is it fine too

Strongly Recommand for PVP / PVE

If u escape the mob like 8-10 mob Hit and Run
If u escape the person while pvp Hit and Run too
